I began to use campaign monitor a few months ago and I'm just thrilled with that tool. It's effective and yet very simple to use, our clients usually very clumsy with any tool are able to use it with very few explanations, for me that's the ultimate user-friendliness proof. And the templating system just kick ass too :-)

Be careful though, their anti-spam validation process is just a pain in the ass if your opt-in is not up to their standards, so your opt-in clause may be legal in your country, but not valid for them...

Just found out about this campaign tool and I must say it is really powerful and easy to set up. The ability to style it and offer this to clients is really well thought out. Have to do more research and experiment with templates but until now this looks great. If I had to mention one downside it would be that, as far as I can see, there's no option in changing the language of the interface.
