Honestly, a year later, the results are pretty minimal. I don’t blame that on CM though, it’s really a factor of the niche I chose to target. There was a decent amount of interest in the product but no one was really interested in paying for it. That and the way I have things setup, creating a new client is a manual process so it takes more time that it should. I’ve been meaning to take another look at the API to automate this process but have not had the time. Until then I have suspended signup.

CM is still a great product and if you’re targeting the right niche I think it’s definitely a sustainable business model.
